Why do girls work out?
Nowadays more and more girls start to work out. There are actually a few girls maybe 1% just like going to the gym and exercising. They enjoy it. Working out makes them feel a sense of achievement and happy. However most of girls do have other reasons to work out.
1.Every girl want to be a Victoria’s Secret Model.
Don’t be shy to admit this thing. Every girl may have the dream to be a super model, standing on the sparkling stage. If we want to have a supermodel body, the best and the only way is to get fit. Through exercising, girls can shape the body curve. You must know that the strong women are sexier than weak women. So many international super models are also fitness enthusiasts. 2.Working out to eat.
No one can resist the charm and appeal of delicious food. When in the young age of 17 or 18, because of a fast metabolism, no matter how much or what to eat, it is not easy to get fat. But when age increases, the food we love will hoard into fat. Chocolate, cake, juice, junk food, fried chicken, candy...... If you want to continue to enjoy them without getting fatter, go to exercise.
3.Having nothing to do, go to gym to waste time.
